Service Description
Open level! Learn short combinations and simple chorography with a focus on mastering pole fundamentals and smoothing transitions. We'll explore floorwork plus spins, turns, and poses around the base of the pole, with the option to add up-the-pole tricks. Prerequisite: 3 intro level classes, but beyond that this class is open to all levels! Modifications will be provided to accommodate each student's pole experience. Wear something that you can move comfortably in and that makes you feel good! Please bring layers - you'll want to be mostly covered for floorwork, mostly uncovered for pole work. Skin grip is how we stick to the pole! Bring socks and knee pads if you have them. Heels are optional - always welcome, never required! Pole is for all people and all bodies - if you have ever wanted to try pole, then pole IS for you!

Cancellation Policy
Attire: Shorts and tank top or sports bra. Need for socks will vary. Please take off any jewelry (such as rings) before getting on the pole. Timing: Feel free to arrive as early as 10 minutes before class. If you are more than 10 minutes late to class, you will not be allowed to participate for your own safety. Please do not come to class wearing any lotions or oils. You will be expected to participate at the level you signed up for, even if you are more advanced.
