Learn the artistry and athleticism of pole dancing in a supportive and inclusive environment
Service Description
Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, this class is designed to introduce you to the artistry and athleticism of pole dancing in a supportive and inclusive environment. You’ll learn fundamental moves, grips, spins, and transitions, gradually building confidence and coordination as you explore the pole. Aside from the physical techniques, we’ll work on cultivating confidence, body awareness, and self-expression. Pole dancing is a celebration of individuality and personal empowerment, so feel free to take this class as many times as you would like before advancing to the next level. *Please note: If you are a more experienced dancer joining us for Intro, you will be expected to follow along with the rest of the class. Depending on class size you may need to share poles.
